Leaving Metz from the south, the Blue Way alternates between the Moselle and a series of ponds, before reaching Jouy-aux-Arches, known for its Roman aqueducts. Arnaville marks your entry into Meurthe-et-Moselle and you can see the rocks of the Fraze as well as the vineyard slopes on the Ancy-Dornot side. From Pagny-sur-Moselle, the cycle route runs quietly along the Moselle side canal to Pont-à-Mousson. The town is full of beautiful treasures, such as the triangular Place Duroc or the magnificent Abbaye des Prémontrés.
