In 1932 the Blondlot family bequeathed the property to the city of Nancy, whose only obligation was to transform it into a public park Situated near the Nancy train station, at 4 quai Claude le Lorrain, the Blondlot park occupies a surface area of 65 ares and is composed of two distinct parts: a classically inspired parterre with geometrical alleys, located on the site of the old house, and a large landscaped area with flexible lines. This park is embellished with a kiosk, a pool and a playground It conceals several remarkable trees, some of which were planted at the beginning of the 20th century: chestnut, ginkgo, flowering ash, Japanese sophora, magnolia, Atlas cedar, handkerchief tree.
