PARC DU HAUT-FOURNEAU U4

Rare monument of the 20th century steel industry in France. More than 20 years after its closure, the U4 blast furnace, listed in the inventory of historical monuments, dominates the Val de Fensch and the Pays Thionvillois. Much more than a monument, it is a symbol of the French industrial heritage that has become a place of culture. Its lighting at nightfall, a contemporary work of art by Claude Lévèque, will give you the illusion of a factory in operation.
