The Saint-Quirin chapel in Himeling, commune of Puttelange-les-Thionville, was built in 1863. Of sober appearance, it is dedicated to Saint Quirin, protector of livestock. The right altar of the choir is dedicated to him and has a statue. He is represented wearing a helmet with a plume and a kind of breastplate. The statues were made of painted wood and are all the work of Nicolas Greff. Very well known in the region, he decorated many churches including the nearby church of St. Nicholas of Rodemack.
