CENTRE PROUVE

The Prouvé Convention Centre is first and foremost the successful conversion of an emblematic building in the station district: the former postal sorting centre, designed in the 1970s by architects Jacques André and Claude Prouvé. Located 90 min. from Paris, it is a strong element of the attractiveness of the Greater Nancy Metropolis. The University of Lorraine, the Regional University Hospital Centre, the prestigious research laboratories and the 3 competitive clusters make Nancy a dynamic and attractive destination to host the congresses of the sectors of excellence that have characterised this area for many years. Moreover, located 1 min. walk from the TGV train station, the Proven Congress Centre provides pedestrian access in less than 10 minutes to nearly 1500 rooms and tourist attractions. This latest-generation facility is equipped with a 600 m2 exhibition hall and a 2,400 m2 hall that can be converted into a 2,400-seat auditorium, 2 auditoriums (850 and 300 seats), 13 meeting rooms with simultaneous translation booths, a panoramic reception area for up to 1,200 people and a 455-space underground public car park, making it the ideal setting for the organisation and hosting of all types of events. With its new Live studio, it also allows the organization of digital or hybrid events.
