Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay took over the Château de Vaux estate in 1999, and 10 years later they converted the entire vineyard to Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic farming. Their wines are produced on 14 hectares of slopes overlooking the Moselle River. Until 2019, they will vinify their production in the beautiful cellars of a 13th-century château, but it is now at La Villa Chazelles that the estate?s nectars are produced. Formerly a military winery, the building has since returned to its winegrowing past. The estate team is proud to welcome you, share our expertise and help you (re)discover Moselle AOC wines, just 10 minutes from downtown Metz.
