The store: Come and take a look behind the scenes of our production in Le Val d'Ajol. You can watch our butchers put their skills to the test, and taste our charcuterie in front of the smokehouses. Open 7/7 from 10am to 6pm non-stop. Tasting: discover all our flavors, including Val d'Ajol andouille, smoked ham, gandoyau, filet mignon and much more... Smokehouses: Smoked the old-fashioned way, with beech logs, our Vosges specialties, made in front of you, will delight your taste buds with their unique flavor. Visit the showroom on weekdays, between 10am and 12pm and between 2pm and 4pm (production visible in the morning).
