ESPACE MUSÉAL CHAUBET

In 2019, the four years of the centennial mission are over, but the memory is still alive. To continue this duty of remembrance, not to forget all the combatants of the First World War, the Chaubet museum space presents at the necropolis of Vitrimont several simultaneous exhibitions: the health service with 8 mannequins, the trench craft and the concreting of German positions All of these exhibits add to the collections of this small museum and allow a global vision of this terrible conflict. The Chaubet museum takes its name from a soldier of the 81st R.I. who tragically disappeared during the battle and was created jointly by the Community of Communes of Lunévillois and the Souvenir Français.
