Eager to revive its brewing past, the municipality embarked on a brewery project at the end of 2012. Construction began on the building that would house both the Ayotte farm store and the future brewery. Brasserie d?Ay has been in operation since May 2015. It produces beers (white, blonde, amber, brown, smoked black, amber and spices) and lemonade. It is managed 60% by Noble Corporate Monsieur Jacquet and 40% by the Association Le Renouveau Brassicole. *Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, and should be consumed in moderation.
