Antony Florentin, a former mason, took up goat breeding to produce his own cheeses. His farm is located in Aboncourt-sur-Seille, behind the family home. In response to the growing demand for local products, the goat farm expanded with the arrival of a brother. Visiting the various markets in the area, he offers a wide range of cheeses for sale, including fresh goat's cheese, faisselle, cheeses aged from 15 days to 1 month, dry and semi-dry cheeses, crottins, as well as garden, tomato, herb, shallot, pepper, Mexican and pempa-flavored logs.
