Einville-au-Jard is a very old town, located on the Lyon - Cologne axis in Roman times. Later, it was a popular place for the Dukes of Lorraine, a fortified village. Stanislas Leszczynski had a magnificent castle built there in the heart of the village, some vestiges still remain. Its natural heritage is rich, wood, forest, river. Its industrial heritage related to the exploitation of salt, agricultural activity, milling, brewing, is important. Einville-au-Jard deserves to be discovered.
