MÉDIATHÈQUE DU THILLOT

The Médiathèque currently offers : - 22,000 printed works (books and comics) - 4,400 DVDs - 4,900 audio CDs + 55 video games to play on site - 400 board games - 41 magazine subscriptions (i.e. almost 4,000 issues) The Médiathèque has 4 areas: 1) The adult area (first floor):In this area you'll find : - Documentaries and fiction, including novels and short stories. - Large-print books, for more comfortable reading. - DVDs. - Audio CDs. 2) Youth area: in this area you'll find a room where you can play video games on a SWITCH or WII / WII U console (max. 1 hour/day) - non-fiction books, classified by subject area as in the adult section - fiction books, including novels for young people. - Comic strips. - Albums. - Board games. In each of these first two areas, you'll also find: - 1 computer workstation for consulting the media library catalog and searching for documents. 3) Reading area: In this area, you can browse and read the magazines available. Magazines can also be borrowed. 4) Consultation area: In this area you'll find : - Local books: books about the region (Le Thillot, the Canton, the Vosges, Lorraine, etc.). - Regional daily newspapers. - 8 computer workstations with Internet access. "Carte Tourisme" at 5 ?, valid for 1 month. 50 ? deposit required. 1 ? / internet hour. Please note that during your visit, library staff are on hand to help you with your research, offer advice and listen to your suggestions. The subscriber's card also gives access to various digital resources via the "LA MALLETTE NUMÉRIQUE" platform (books, cinema, music, knowledge, self-training, press...)
