A closed cellar (private storage) at your disposal. Entrance, kitchen open on living room (1 bed bridge (140 X 190) + 1 folding sofa brand new (160 X 200), bathroom with shower and toilet Kitchen equipped with all the necessary (kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, ...), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plates, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, raclette .. The living room is exposed south and gives access to a large closed balcony.
