The Chapelle Ste Claire, one of the "Seven Roses" of St Quirin (the white rose), is located on the 96f road, leaving Vasperviller towards Saint-Quirin. Charming little mountain chapel, it was also originally a Celtic sanctuary, Christianized in the 6th century. In 1440, chapel with Hermitage, then in the Middle Ages, monastery of the Poor Clares, it became Hermitage again in the 18th century. Restored in 1808, it now hosts the pilgrimage of St. Clare who is invoked for eye diseases.
