It was the Nancy architect Jean Bourgon (1895-1959), a follower of the Modern Movement, who designed it in 1952-54 The very simple plan (narthex, nave, choir) is highlighted by different volumes. The large bell tower, decorated with a very large white cross, surmounts the entrance. The roof of the nave, in 3 compartments, rises progressively towards the parallelepipedic choir. The latter has four bays on each side wall and is better lit than the nave, whose more spaced windows are hidden inside by concrete screens.
