This 6.5km route is a journey to the heart of the former mining region, along the Rosselle River, where nature has now regained its rights. Coming from Freyming Merlebach, you will see a landscape of industrial culture along the Rosselle, a tributary of the Saar, and on the edge of forests, particularly the cross-border forest of the Warndt, close to the French-German border. It is possible to retrieve routes 1 and 3, but also route 4 at Béning railway station. Not to be missed! The immediate proximity of the Warndt forest.
