CONFISERIE DES HAUTES VOSGES

Push the door of the Confiserie des Hautes Vosges in Plainfaing, in the heart of the Vosges mountains and enter the world of the famous Vosges candies CDHV! The candies are made as in the past, with sugar cooked over an open fire in copper cauldrons, with local raw materials, with essential oils and natural flavors (Vosges fir, eucalyptus, bergamot...). Since the beginning, the Confectionery invites you to discover the secrets of its manufacture, by proposing guided visits of its workshops decorated with tastings. Organized from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm and in continuous day on Saturdays as well as during the school vacations. More than 250,000 visitors in 2021 discovered our family business with its know-how since 1986.
