The farm in Bénestroff initially produced milk, meat and cereals, but Virginie Georges decided to take on the challenge of producing her own cheese. And so De la Ferme Aux Fromages was born. Teamwork between Virgnie CAPS and Virginie Georges, farmers with a passion for milk processing, have developed a wide range of cheeses to appeal to the widest possible audience! You'll find fresh raw milk cheeses with herbs, faisselle, fromage blanc, Bénétartare and young or mature tommes, plain or flavored with wild garlic, nettles, mustard seeds, etc., sold directly in their store The farm store is open on odd days of the week, Fridays from 9.30am to 12pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to 1pm!
