CIRCUIT VTT N°4 (BLEU) TÊTE DE GROUVELIN

From the building at the Grouvelin parking lot (at the foot of the ski lifts), turn your back on this building and take the wide track on the left-hand side of La Chaume. A flat, downhill path brings you to a large forest crossroads at Derrière le Haut. You'll then cross the Gérardmer ski slopes, and the effort will intensify as there's a fine, fairly technical climb ahead to reach the Tête de Grouvelin, Gérardmer's highest point (1137 m), and its orientation table offering a 360° panoramic view. The return journey is much easier! Estimated time: 45 mins. Start from the Auberge de Grouvelin, reachable by mountain bike or dirt track. 6.5 km circuit, 180 m ascent. Clockwise direction. Follow the markers marked N°4 on a blue background.
