The furnishings of the Church of St. Vitus in Roth were included in the list of historical monuments in 1977. Among them is a richly decorated 18th century high altar from the Hambach church in the church choir. In a medallion of the antependium (decoration in front of the altar), a polychrome depicts the nativity, the tabernacle door the Paschal lamb and in the central niche, the Annunciation in relief. 4 small wooden statues 48 cm high decorate the side niches, 4 angels decorate the cornice formed by a large crown and a cross. Gothic church whose exact date of construction is impossible to know, the entrance door of the nave of this building indicates however that of 1721. The tower was classified as a historical monument in 1916, then decommissioned in 1927. Fifteen metres high, it served as a sacristy until a new one was built in 1899 as an extension of the choir. It is supported by two buttresses whose pediment is adorned to the south-east by a grotesque human head with bat ears and to the south-west by a sort of ivy leaf. A small door to the west gives access to the upper floors of the tower. St. Vit's Church was also once surrounded by a fortified cemetery, elements of which remain on the surrounding wall.
