LA ROUTE DES TROIS ABBAYES

Visit the 3 abbeys of Senones, Moyenmoutier and Etival-Clairefontaine Moyenmoutier, the baroque Founded in 671 by St. Hydulphus, the "Middle Monastery" has repeatedly housed the learned elite of the Benedictine order. After passing through the doors of an 18th century facade, the surprise is to discover a magnificent Romanesque church, rich in architectural evolutions over the centuries.
