Gîte in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines in the center of town, "le chant de la rivière" sleeps up to 6-8 people! A 90m2 duplex apartment on the 1st floor with private terrace right in the center of town, within walking distance of all amenities. First floor: living room sleeping 2 with TV and WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, Senseo, toaster, kettle and washing machine) and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and extra beds, and one with a single bed and dressing room in each room. There's also a 9m2 terrace. Close to major tourist attractions 30 minutes from Colmar ,45 minutes from Strasbourg etc.... Ideal location for hiking in summer and winter, 15 minutes from the ski resort. Rates: 500 ? per week from April to June and September to November; 600 ? per week in summer July/August; 700 ? per week from December to March. Christmas and New Year: 800? per week. Weekend (excluding vacations): 3 days and 2 nights: 160? Fixed price for cleaning: 60 ? Bed linen and towels are available in the gîte on arrival. Pets not allowed.
