Beside a traditional cereal farm, a very diversified market garden production has been created according to the seasons, asparagus, artichokes, strawberries, leeks, tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, potatoes... as well as a production of mushrooms: shitakés, pleurotes. Besides fruits and vegetables, a wide range of products from farms close to the store is offered: cold cuts, meats, poultry, dairy products, ready-made meals, cakes, ice creams, fruit juices, wines from the region and many preserves... zucchinis, eggplants....but also old vegetables: parsnips, Jerusalem artichokes...
