It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m². Wifi (fiber optic, speed 900Mbits/s), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, fireplace (wood provided to start the living room), sofa (convertible for 2 people), armchairs and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Room 1 : a double bed (140×200). - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. On the 1st floor: - Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size beds (160×190). - Room 4: a double bed (140×190). - Separate WC. Note: staircases a bit steep, you have to be careful with your head at the top of the stairs for tall people. Exterior: - An above ground pool (private, heated), open all year, semi-submerged. - A jacuzzi available all year round that can accommodate up to 4 people. - A beautiful closed garden of 700 m². - A terrace of 18 m², exposed South-West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, barbecue, iron and ironing board. The house is ideally located in Torcé-Viviers-en-Charnie, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed and secured garage that can accommodate 2 vehicles or in the street in front of the house. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train stations: Le Mans train station located at 41 km (TGV), TER train station in Evron - Nearest airport: Le Mans Arnage airport located at 48 km (45 minutes by car) Other remarks: - Pets are accepted on request. Please specify this when booking. A supplement of 15€/pet/stay will be applied. - The fireplace is functional and has two fireplaces, one open to enjoy the fire visually, and one buried to heat the room safely. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - One of the rooms will be inaccessible during your stay. - On the left side of the house are the outside garbage cans (1 glass, 1 cardboard/plastic and 1 normal).
