GÎTE DE LA HOUZARDIÈRE

The gîte de la Houzardière has a private garden with a view on the countryside. A bedroom with its shower room and private toilets are on the first floor. The living room-kitchen area is on the first floor with 2 bedrooms. Each one benefits from its private sanitary and a living room, office. The Domaine de la Houzardière, is composed of a 19th century mansion and other 17th and 18th century buildings, 600m from the center of the village of Bazougers, offering bakery, grocery store and restaurant (open for lunch). Located 15 minutes from Laval, and 6min from the exit of the A81 (Le Mans/Rennes), the gite is also very well positioned to visit the Coëvrons (cities of character including Sainte-Suzanne, Erve valley, caves of Saulges, numerous hikes ...) and all the South Mayenne (Refuge de l'Arche, Chateau-Gontier ...). With the children, less than 10 minutes away, enjoy the leisure center of La Chesnaie, supervised swimming in summer, games, fishing and swin-golf; also the aquatic space of Meslay-du-Maine, the Azureo with swimming pool, paddling pool, sauna and hammam, swimming courses during school vacations. On the ground floor : 1 room for 2 persons, 1 bed 160*200, shower and toilet - 1st floor : living room 27m², equipped kitchen with traditional oven, vitroceramic 3 fires, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle - Room Belle époque, 2 beds 120*190, office, living room, bathroom and toilet - Room Hélène, 1 bed 160*200, armchairs, bathroom and toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor wide and comfortable. The bedding is of good quality and the furniture refined, mixing ancient and modern. Garden equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, charcoal barbecue. TV - Wifi Electric heating included. Beds made on arrival. Kitchen linen included. Option : cleaning 80€/stay 1 to 14 days - Towels 5€/pers. Baby equipment : cot, high chair, blender, changing mat and bathtub - On request, please inform us before your stay. Animals not accepted. The Domaine de la Houzardière is very large. A guest room and another cottage on the site. Each one has its own private space.
