Nicole and Jean-Louis welcome you to this 4-person gîte ideally located along the route of the Loire à Vélo between Angers and Nantes at Mesnil-en-Vallée in the Mauges. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), a bathroom with Italian shower and basin. A hairdryer and an iron are at your disposal. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm) and a wardrobe. In the living room you will find a sofa bed for 2 persons, a coffee table and a television. Baby equipment is available (bathtub, high chair, cot). The toilet is separate. Outside, a large courtyard allows you to park your car and eat outside in the shade of a covered area. A bicycle room with a water point, a washing machine and an electrical outlet for recharging bicycle batteries are also available. Want to enjoy a sunset on the Loire? A privatized passage allows you to cross the road and discover the Loire in all serenity. At 5 minutes walking distance, the Grande Fosse pond will delight children and adults with fishing and children's games (fishing card on sale at the Tourist Office of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil or Montjean-sur-Loire). Sheets are included in the cleaning package. Dogs are accepted if they are kept on a leash.
