L'Arbocal is an artisanal cannery founded in 2021 in Weiterswiller, with the mission of perpetuating the family orchards of the Vosges foothills and their remarkable biodiversity, through the valorization of their fruit: jams, syrups, nectars, chutneys, ketchup, condiments, fruit in syrup, etc. The company also processes vegetables from overproduction or downgraded by local market gardeners: soups, gazpachos, spreads, etc. It also processes vegetables from local market gardeners' overproduction or downgraded produce: soups, gazpachos, spreads...
