This vacation rental, located in a quiet residential area, on an 800 m² shaded plot at the entrance to the village, is available from Easter to All Saints' Day. Easy access and parking (2 cars and 5 bikes). On the first floor, the gîte comprises a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchenette, bedroom with bunk beds and toilet, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Labelled "Accueil Vélo", the gîte is located on the La Loire à Vélo route (Montsoreau - Center Parcs link), connected to the "D'Abbaye en châteaux" cycling loop. Just 300 m from the gîte: heritage trail, 8 km hiking loop around the village, GR3 and GR de Pays Saumur Val de Loire. Also nearby: convenience stores, post office, pharmacy, wine bars and fine restaurants. And nearby, the Martin-de-Candre soap factory, the charming villages of Montsoreau, Candes-Saint-Martin, Turquant... the vineyards, châteaux, boat trips on the Loire, troglodyte sites...
