Duplex studio of approx. 40m2, with separate entrance and small garden. In a picturesque hamlet, this simple, rustic accommodation welcomes you in one of the oldest parts of the building. On the first floor you'll find: a fully-equipped kitchen area with gas stove (hob & oven), microwave, fridge with top freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, living area with TV-TNT, two comfortable armchairs and a small coffee table, bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs is the bedroom with its 140x190 bed. Bed linen is included, and the bed is made up on arrival. There's no WiFi, but we have excellent 4G mobile coverage (all operators). You can park your car in front of the gîte. Our washing machine is freely available in our laundry room. We accept pets for a small supplement (30? per week), but dogs must be kept on a leash outside (cattle farm nearby, dogs and chickens also present). We're 3km from the village of Entraygues, where you'll find all the basic shops and services, as well as numerous cultural and tourist activities
