STREET ART - FRESQUE RODES

Two frescoes by RODES, graffiti artist, graphic designer and pillar of the Moulin Crew collective of Toul, were inaugurated. The first one, a kind of refreshing "old school" advertisement, takes place on the facade of the building located at 2-4-6 rue du Maréchal Oudinot, while the second one is located in the heart of the Clémenceau school group and has been realized with the help of 192 students, alongside the artist. 192 students participate in a fresco The students of the Clémenceau school group worked within the framework of a shared creation residency in the heart of their school group. The name of the artist in residence, RODES, was obvious: he has a great experience of workshops with children and works around lettering and writing. Their creative spirit has grown over the months through educational workshops. All the students of the Clémenceau school group had the chance to discover, from January to June 2022, in immersion, the culture of urban arts thanks to the complicity of this artist over a long time in the school. A fresco was born! FABUL'EAU The second project of Rodes is part of the 2022 participatory budget, in which the people of Nancy wanted to see new frescoes in Nancy. This artistic commission carried out on the facade of the building located at 2-4-6 rue du Maréchal Oudinot, corresponds perfectly to the request made by the Atelier de Vie de Quartier Mon Désert - Oudinot - Jeanne d'Arc submitted this year.
