In this village on the banks of the Loire, between Angers and Nantes, you will be charmed by this old house with 3 levels, with noble materials (terracotta tiles, old parquet, tufa stone characteristic of the Loire, ...) and its terrace of 60m² exposed to the south overlooking the Loire On the first floor, you will have a living room with television, an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, ...) with direct access to the terrace. To warm you up in winter after long walks, you can use the wood stove (wood not provided) On each floor, you will find two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub and toilet: one with two 90cm beds and the other with a 160x200cm double bed The bathrooms are adjacent to one of the bedrooms and do not have independent access. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, chairs and umbrella, ideal place to relax and admire the Loire River which varies with the hours and seasons. For your comfort and to lighten your suitcases, the beds are made on your arrival and the bathroom linen is provided. The owners, passionate about history and antique objects, will be happy to share with you the history of this village Historical border between Anjou and Brittany and a former flourishing merchant port at the time when the Loire navy prospered, the village offers you many services (pancake house, pizzeria, bar and restaurants, ...) and animations in season as well as a beach on the other side of the Loire in summer You will also be able to walk or cycle on the Loire à Vélo circuit and discover the surrounding villages (Saint Florent le Vieil and its abbey, Chalonnes sur Loire and its market, Béhuard island...) or fish along the Loire banks. Looking for an urban getaway? Angers and its sweetness is 30 min away (20 min by train) and if you prefer Nantes, its journey and its famous machines, you will reach it in 50 min by car or in 30 min by train, the station being 10 min away by foot. Other activities in the vicinity: the Loire wine road, the Serrant castle in St Georges sur Loire, cruises on the Loire, canoe rental. The plant park Terra Botanica is 30 min away and Le Puy du Fou is 1 hour away.
