Charming gite entirely renovated with a capacity of 2 persons You will be accommodated on the ground floor of a historical architect's house from 1913, listed in the heritage of Maine et Loire. This house of character is of Venetian inspiration. The house has 2 independent entrances and you will benefit from 3 panoramic terraces overlooking the beautiful picturesque village of Montrevault and the Evre Valley. You will be delighted by the charm and the exceptional view of this site. The garden is steep and wooded. The sunsets are remarkable! A visit on the panoramic roof terrace overlooking the village will be possible on request. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed, closet and storage space, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a living room with a BZ sofa and a kitchenette (new appliances), a separate toilet. You will have direct access to the steep village of Montrevault, a historical site surrounded by the meanders of the Evre river, its 15th century Bohardy bridge. There are several marked trails from the gîte. The countryside is hilly and offers beautiful walks. The river Evre is 5 minutes walk from the gite. All amenities are very close : supermarket at 200 m and banks at 400 m, bakery at 5 minutes. Restaurants at 100 m and 1.5 km. Numerous visits are accessible from the gite: The Loire at Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, Champtoceaux, Ingrandes, Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes, Ancenis. These villages are bucolic and deserve a detour.
