Trained in design and graphic design, Florence Inoue specializes in the art of ceramics with an innovative ecological eye. "

To reintroduce into our daily lives resilient objects, allowing us to transform, preserve, cook and serve our food while embellishing our interiors", such is the ambition of this craftswoman decided to eco-design each of her creations, that is to say to integrate the dimension of environmental protection and sustainability at each step of the process from the conception of the object to its final use. For this designer, who has been living in Arles for ten years and recently at the Archipel, the artists and craftsmen's collective on Avenue Stalingrad, ceramics is a way of reducing the harmful impact of industrial overproduction and of resurrecting forgotten kitchen utensils or preserving them. Among the cups and plates made mostly of stoneware, we find the fervere, one of the flagship objects of its collections combining a raw and minimalist aesthetic with a low-tech dimension: a pot designed specifically for lacto-fermentation whose water-sealed neck ensures the optimal conditions for quality preservation. And so to have the pleasure of re-creating at home, ancient culinary traditions from Asia (Korean kimchi, Japanese tsukemonos) and Eastern Europe (sauerkraut, pickles) which seduce chefs, restaurateurs and lovers of new territories
