La Maison du Berger is a large detached house located in the countryside, 4km from St Andiol, with a large private garden of 3500 m² and an above-ground swimming pool. Access to the large bedroom via a staircase with reverse steps (Japanese). - Dining room with dining area for 8 people, flat screen TV and buffet. - Kitchen open to the dining room, equipped with a 5-burner induction hob and large oven, extractor hood, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ice cube and water dispenser, dishwasher, counter with 2 high stools and coffee maker Nespresso pods. - Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 160x200cm, flat screen TV, large dressing room and bathtub. - Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 140x200cm, wardrobe and end of bed. - Very large bathroom with large walk-in shower, large washbasin and WC. - Laundry room with WC and sink. On the 1st floor (access via internal or external staircase): - Dormitory room with 1 double bed 160x200cm on the mezzanine and 4 beds 90x200cm (possibility of going up to 10 beds in total), fans, wardrobe, clothes racks and mirror. - Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Private enclosed garden of 3,500 m² with trees and various areas including a "nap" corner with a comfortable hammock, garden furniture and sunbeds, barbecue.
