Welcome to the Briliana! This gite for 6 people is located in the village of Fontvieille, in a residential area, with terrace, garden and parking. The house is attached to another house, but the owners do not live on site. The cottage is composed, on the ground floor, of: - A living room open to the dining room with dining area for 6 people. It includes 2 sofas and an 80cm flat screen TV with Orange box channels. - A kitchen open to the dining room with a 5-burner gas stove, large-capacity oven, extractor, sink with hand shower, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with water fountain, washing machine and Nespresso pod coffee maker. On the 1st floor: - A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers and armchair. - A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm, wardrobe closet, wicker chair and games for children. - A 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm with chest on the mezzanine, wardrobe closet and mood lighting system. This bedroom is accessible via the bathroom. - Bathroom with walk-in shower 90x120cm, double basin, heated towel rail, shelves, full-length mirror and laundry tub. - Independent WC. Shaded private terrace of 28 m² with garden furniture and gas plancha. Private enclosed garden of approximately 100 m² with relaxation lounge. Private parking in the immediate vicinity of the gîte, in the small private road adjoining the house. Fully air-conditioned house (6 reversible air conditioning units in total). Wi-Fi (fiber). Sheets and towels included. End of stay cleaning optional. Animals accepted free of charge under conditions: small animals only. Baby kit on request: high chair, travel cot, changing mat and cover, games and toys.
