For a vacation or a weekend, to discover the region or simply to rest, to let yourself live, to enjoy, our gite with high quality services is made for you. This charming house of 175 m2 includes : In the basement : - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and all the cleaning and ironing equipment. - a garage for 1 large car or 2 small cars. - bicycle storage. On the 1st level : - a large entrance hall. - a large living room open on a fully equipped kitchen. - a veranda adjoining the kitchen with tables and armchairs. You can have your meals there, while enjoying the view on the vineyard and the hills. - a living room with a large corner sofa and a giant screen TV. - a bedroom with a double bed 160/200, with private bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet). It is designed for people with reduced mobility. - a separate toilet with hand-washer. On the 2nd level : - a room with 1 double bed 160/200, with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet). - a room with 2 single beds 90/200 that can be joined together. - a room with 1 double bed 160/200 and 1 bench bed in wrought iron 90/200, with privative bathroom (shower, washbasin, radiator dry towels). - a bathroom with bath-tub balnéo, washbasin. - a separate toilet with washbasin. Rare feature: an elevator serves the house from the basement to the 2nd level. Access for travelers: Easily accessible from the National 83, only 15 minutes from Colmar and 30 minutes from Mulhouse.
