A real little corner of paradise where you can feel at home, ideal for relaxing. The land is composed of varied and landscaped spaces, with a great variety of vegetation. From the pool, you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The house offers 2 terraces: one to the south, near the pool and the other to the west with the stone barbecue. The pool is heated and open from mid May to October. The house is in a beautiful green setting. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen of 18m², a dining room of 27m², a living room of 35m² with fireplace, a shower room with Italian shower and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bedroom of 17m² with 1 bed of 160 and its dressing room, a bedroom of 9m² with 1 bed of 90. On the first floor, a very nice bathroom and toilet, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140, on the mezzanine : an office space as well as a children's room with 3 beds (2 of 90 and 1 of 140). For your outings, the Meslay-Grez area offers interesting activities and sites: possibility of horseback riding courses in Saint Loup du Dorat, the Azuréo aquatic complex in Meslay-du-Maine, discover the Arcies castle and its garden, numerous marked hiking trails. A little further, discover the Fleur d'Or city of Château-Gontier, with its parks, its marina (boat rental for the day to sail on the Mayenne, bicycles including electric bikes to follow the towpath...) and the Refuge de l'Arche, animal park. Shops and markets: Grocery store with organic and local products Chez Alice at 2km, or the shops of Meslay-du-Maine. Close to the Anjou region, discover the Loire Valley with its wines and castles!
