Domaine de Neuville

France > Occitanie > Tarn > 81190 > Sainte-Gemme > Le Moulin de Neuville

The Domaine de Neuville is a former state fish farm, developed by Lauriane Perrin, who manages the fishing pond in parallel with her activity in the family wine business, located in Montigny-sous-Châtillon. The property, which extends over 12 hectares belonging to the Charlier-Perrin family, began to welcome fishing and nature lovers in March 2022. This estate also offers snacks to be enjoyed on the go such as sausages, merguez or fried hamburgers. Dating from 1890, this green setting was, at the time, the largest fish farm in France for trout, supplying all the country's rivers with fish raised on site. The project also required several months of work: developing the banks, emptying the ponds completely, setting up a parking lot to welcome fishermen, redeveloping the banks, etc. In addition to trout fishing, fishermen will be able to observe black swans at the Domaine de Neuville, but also donkeys, sheep and emus. The ponds are accessible without reservation. Please consult the calendar of opening days before coming to the domain.
