Surrounded by a wooded and bocage area, our house is located 18 km from Laval (TGV station), very close to the Coëvrons-Mayenne Art and History Country (map opposite) made up of : the Hills of Coëvrons, the Basilica of Evron, the medieval city of Sainte Suzanne, the Caves of Saulges, the Carolingian Castle of Mayenne, the Small Cities of Character of Lassay-les-Châteaux, Saulge and St Pierre-sur-Evre, or the Gallo-Roman city of Jublains, ... and many other jewels. It is the perfect vacation home for families on a short or long stay, for business and affairs, for couples to rest or for families to visit, for a weekend with friends? This house, ideal to meet in a friendly, quiet and warm place, is at your disposal. Capacity: from 1 to 9 persons maximum. On the first floor, you will have a beautiful living room with wood stove, a living room-kitchen fully equipped and a toilet. On the same level, this house offers a master suite with double bed, a small living room/children's room and a private bathroom with washbasins and bathtub. On the first floor there are three beautiful bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. A beautiful library is at your disposal in the large corridor which leads to the rooms on the floor. Outside: a terrace, garden furniture, A laundry* is at your disposal. equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a sink. (*on request). Electric heating in the whole gite. Wood stove* (only usable in winter). a basket of wood is included for the first flames. Wood in supplement : see local trade. baby equipment (cot and high chair). Free on request.
