Sunday, June 02 to Sunday, October 06 Every Sunday from June 02 to October 06, the Association Tourisme Ferroviaire de la Brie Champenoise offers you a rail ride on board its 1950s PICASSO railcar through the heart of the Brie Champenoise region. The 1:30-hour trip includes commentary and a round trip from MONTMIRAIL (51) to ARTONGES (02) ARTONGES (02). The distance covered is 2* 8.725 km. On the way back from ARTONGES, a 15-minute stop is scheduled halfway along the route at the Villemoyenne halt to allow a visit to the gatekeeper?s house. 2 trips are organized every Sunday: - a Sunday morning train departing from MONTMIRAIL station at 10.30 a.m - a Sunday afternoon train departing from MONTMIRAIL station at 2:30 pm In addition to the train ride, passengers can visit the railway museum located in MONTMIRAIL station. The museum is divided into 2 waiting rooms, I and II class, III class and the water tower. The museum can be visited before or after the PICASSO ride. Prices & practical information : Adults: 7? The number of seats available is 52. The departure time of the train is at the customer?s discretion. In addition to the rail ride aboard its PICASSO railcar, the Association offers a guided tour of the railway museum at MONTMIRAIL station before or after the trip.
