GITE SABLE – DOMAINE ROCHE LOIRE

The "Gîte Sable", a former stable, is a charming single-storey cottage sleeping 2 (+ 2 optional). The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The living area features a sofa bed and a comfortable armchair. The master bedroom, with its large tufa wall, has a double bed. Two steps lead up to the shower room with toilet. Outside: attractive wooden terrace and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided, with the exception of pool towels. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the estate?s one-hectare park and forest, and the shared swimming pool (heated in season). On foot or by bike, you can stroll through the Bois de Baure on the edge of the property, discover the Pierre Longue menhir, enjoy a morning jog in the heart of nature, or join La Loire à Vélo, 2 km away... Note: with a total capacity of 25 people, the Domaine can be fully privatized to organize a birthday party, a cousinade, a family reunion or a weekend with friends. In addition to the 3 gîtes, the property also has 2 chambres d'hôtes, reserved for guests of the gîtes. Reception tents can be erected on the property. Please do not hesitate to contact the owners.
