Aire de pique-nique sur la Voie Verte

This greenway connects Ormoy-Villers to Mareuil-sur-Ourcq through Betz, three municipalities located south of Crépy-en-Valois, in the southeast of the Oise. It is a beautiful greenway well laid out on an old railroad, with a part paved with smooth asphalt on a width of 3 m, and an unpaved part on a width of 3 to 4 m, intended for horsemen and hikers preferring a more "natural" surface. The greenway starts 3km east of the town of Ormoy-Villers (accessible from the town by a forest road, with an acrobatic climb on the greenway) and ends 1km south of the town and the SNCF station of Mareuil-sur-Ourcq. A 700 m long bicycle path along the rue de Meaux (D936) starts 300 m from the station and joins the beginning of the greenway.
