A beautiful 9 km hike takes you around the lake. On its shores, you'll walk partly under the trees and partly in the open.
In the past, the Saint-Agnan region was a deserted mountain covered in forests. It was under Louis XIII that the war devastating Thiérache brought emigrants from Picardy. They cleared the land and settled in the commune. They gave their names to numerous hamlets: Les Michaux, Les Gueniffets, Les Garniers... This walk, which sometimes strays far from the shores of the lake, will introduce you to some of them.
