Founded in 1965 by Gustave Babin, grandfather of the current manager, it is specialized in the manufacture of artisanal apple juice, for individuals and professionals.
Gaylord Babin, manager of the distillery, works with a majority of local fruit growers, orchards and vineyards, a guarantee of proximity and quality. He does the pressing and bottling for these growers. Individuals can also come and make their own apple juice, or buy it directly from the store. He also sells some grape juice, cider and, for some time, apple-raspberry or blackcurrant juice, with 100% natural ingredients.
