This chapel, dedicated to the patron saint of Caudry, preserves beautiful examples of medieval sculptures.
18th century brick chapel. Originally this chapel of Saint Maxellende was embedded in what was the surrounding wall of the old castle. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the faithful came to draw water from a nearby pond, which was supposed to miraculously cure patients suffering from ophthalmic diseases.
