Maison de Notre Histoire

This old house, located on the place of our shootings, was renovated by the municipality of Fenain and entrusted to the association "Fenain et son histoire" which installed a small museum of local and rural history there. The house of our history was inaugurated in 2002 and is open to the public on the first and third Saturday of the month from 9 am to noon. By appointment it can be opened to groups and schools. The entrance is free. Living rooms have been reconstructed on the ground floor, a small mine gallery has been installed in the cellar, while on the first floor, showcases evoking the town's past have been set up.
