"To remember the name of a flower is already a business. To frequent a flower until it says its name... is to cultivate." This is how Gladys was introduced to the discovery of plants about 15 years ago. It is in a circular garden, a mandala located in the Argonne Ardennaise, that she decided to let Nature take its course. Gladys offers different types of nature and well-being experiences for individuals or groups: - Discovery visit of the Mandala garden, with snack (2h / all audiences) ? Group min. 5 pers. / max. 15 pers. - Workshop on walking / discovery / recognition of plants in their environment, with snack (2h / all publics) ? Group min. 5 people / max. 15 people - Workshop on reconnecting to oneself and to nature around the creation of an elixir, or a macerate or an herbal tea, accompanied by a healing drum (3h / teenagers and adults) ? Group of 3 to 6 people max. - Trame session: vibratory technique to re-harmonize the circulation of energy and information in the body (1h30 including a 45 minute Trame session). These activities are offered from May to September and take place in the evening, weekends, holidays, and during the week only with a group.
