LA NUIT EUROPÉENNE DES MUSÉES : MUSÉE DU CHÂTEAU DE MAYENNE

Mazarin concerts 7:45pm / 9:30pm / 10:45pm The museum is issuing a challenge to Mazarin! Starting from a blank page, create three songwriting projects with three different audiences: Students from Moulay school (Opération la classe, l?oeuvre !), children from Pierre et Marie Curie school (Mayenne) as part of a CLAS (contrat local d?accompagnement à la scolarité) program and in partnership with Les Possibles, and families. These three projects will lead the different groups to write a song and sing it with the artist on stage during a concert at the Musée du Château de Mayenne, during the Nuit des Musées. Guitar ensemble 9pm / Duration 30 minutes The Mayenne Communauté conservatory guitar ensemble, made up of some twenty amateur guitarists, has put the music of iconic video games such as Zelda and The Last of Us at the heart of this year?s repertoire. The ensemble is accompanied for the occasion by a student trumpeter and percussionist. Instruments come out of the storerooms The museum?s storerooms are full of musical instruments! For the occasion, a harp from Gabon and an idiochord zither from Asia will be on display. Zoom tours will enable you to discover these unusual objects!
