Bercé par le Loir

Mark your calendars and your calves! The association Passionné Mans Gravel is planning a new edition of Bercé par le Loir, a gravel bikepacking event in the Sarthe region! a choice of 3 routes: 280, 220 or 160 km, to be completed at your own pace over the weekend. The adventure begins south of Le Mans in the village of Teloché. The name of the event comes from the route. The route takes in the Bercé national forest, classified as an exceptional forest, and the Vallée du Loir, a magical, secret valley, a little cousin of the nearby Vallée de la Loire. Depending on the route, you will cross the departments of Sarthe and Loir-et-Cher. In 2024, it will pass through the Vallée de la Braye and its "gentle" hills. For the more athletic, the route will take you as far as Montoire-sur-le-Loir. You'll be lulled to sleep by these magnificent surroundings, and you'll have no trouble falling asleep in your tent or under the stars, because you'll have to put in a lot of effort.
