European Museum Night, organized by the French Ministry of Culture, will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024, giving the public of all ages and backgrounds the chance to visit museums free of charge, in the evening and in a festive atmosphere.

In Jublains, attend a concert by the duo Ougarit, with a special time for young audiences in the first half of the evening, and discover the temporary exhibition and the fortress by night. Self-guided tour of the temporary exhibition 6:30pm: La Note Antique, concert for young audiences Two musician-explorers take us on a playful journey to discover music in antiquity. Between past and present, they bring to life melodies two thousand years old in a play of mirrors. Surrounded by ancient and modern instruments, they tell us mythological tales of the origins and evolution of our string and wind instruments. How did Hermes invent the lyre? Why didn't Athena like the Aulos? An original concert in which modern instruments and antique reproductions dialogue and improvise under the gaze of myths and gods. Duration 50 minutes 8:30pm: Ougarit is a jazz duo that appropriates surprising melodies written over 2,000 years ago in Greece, Egypt and Mesopotamia. It's a rereading, an unexpected dialogue using modern instruments, improvisation and arrangements. The concert is punctuated by comments and anecdotes on the history of these melodies in a convivial atmosphere! Duration 1 hour, families 10:30pm: NOCTURNUS, a nocturnal tour of the fortress: As night falls, it gets quieter and quieter, and the night birds whistle?
